New Maybelline products review!

Hello beauties!! Almost one and a half months ago I had the honour to attend a Greek Maybelline workshop, where we learned many useful make up tips by the great Grigoris Pirpilis, Maybelline's make up artist in Greece and we, the bloggers/vloggers who attended were also lucky enough to take 5 products of the new Maybelline series to try out :)

So, now that I've used them enough I thought it was about time to show them to you and tell you what I think of them. We were given the well known mascara The rocket, an amazing orange lipstick from the colorsensational series in 'Vibrant Mandarin', a lovely fuchsia nail polish from the Colorama series in 'Pink bikini', an eye shadow quad from the Diamond glow series in 'coral drama' and last but not least their new nail polish remover Express' remover.

Let's see the products one by one!

The Rocket' volum express

I love this mascara! As you can see it has a really fat wand which makes wonders for my eyelashes! My eyelashes are already long, but I need some volume, which I find this mascara gives me. You can see the results for yourselves, on the pics above I'm wearing the rocket on the right eye and no mascara at the left. This is two coats. I normally wear more, for a more dramatic look. I like the constistency of it, it's not that dry, it's not runny either. It delivers a very black colour to your eyes, offers volume and a little bit of length, it stays on really well for hours, doesn't smudge and can be removed easily. I think I couldn't ask for more from a drugstore mascara. Well done Maybelline! It costs around 15 euros in Greece, as all Maybelline mascaras and I'll definitely purchase it when this one ends.

Diamond Glow 'Coral Drama'

This is a small eyeshadow quad consisting of a champagne color, a light golden one, a rosy gold and a chocolate brown. I think it's ideal both for day and night as you can create a soft look but a more instense/dramatic look as well. They are very pigmented as you can see and their texture is soft and buttery but they're not dusty and they don't crumble. They apply and blend easily and I like them very much. They are a bit pricey in Greece though. They cost around 14,50 euros which I find a lot for a drugstore quad. The quality's really nice though.

Color sensational -Vibrant Mandarin

I love this lipstick!! As many of you may know I'm lately obsessed with orange lipsticks and this one was a great addition to my orange lipsticks selection as I had no similar shade to this one. It's veeeery pigmented, smells amazing, is really hydrating and lasts reeeeally long. I couldn't believe it! I never expect hydrating lipsticks to be long lasting, but this one does everything I could ever ask from a lipstick. And I just love how vibrant it is (as its name states as well,haha) When you first apply it it looks glossy and after a few hours it gets matte but it's not drying at all! I love it, did I tell you that? In Greece it costs 12,40 euros if I remember correctly and I think it could be a bit cheaper, but oh well, it's a lovely lipstick and I want Fuchsia Flash and Vivid Rose as well!

Colorama Colorshow-Pink Bikini

I've used it many times since I got it and I have to say I'm in love with it! Not only do I love the colour but I love how opaque it gets with just one coat, how quickly it dries and mostly how longlasting it is! Note that I have really damaged nails and most nail polishes last no longer than one day on me, but this has stayed pretty decent for up to 5 days which I find amazing. The price of those nail polishes in Greece are 3,50 euros but I was lucky enough to catch an offer on them and got 4 shades for 2,50 each, I have only swatched three of them though(including pink bikini), just see how pretty they all are!!

And last but not least...

Express' Remover

This has to be one of the best -if not the best nail polish removers I've ever tried. It's one of those new technology nail polish removers that you don't need cotton pads to use the nail polish remover because it has a sponge with a little hole in the bottle and you simply put your fingers one by one in it, turn it around and the nail polish is removed really fast! I think it saves much time, especially on girls like me who like to change their nail polishes all the time and it does a really good job removing all the color from the nail surface without drying the skin all around. I love it! I find it really expensive for 8 euros, but then again I think it's worth it since it's so convenient.

And here's me wearing all the products I showed you above (apart from the nail polish remover, duh :P)
