Inglot-Greek Beauty Bloggers event 07/01!

Καλησπέρααα! Αν και καθυστερημένα , σήμερα θα σας δείξω μερικές φωτογραφίες από το event της Inglot και των Greek Beauty Bloggers που παρευρέθηκα μετά από πρόσκληση που είχα την τύχη να κερδίσω!

Είμαι στον χώρο του beauty blogging πολύ λίγο καιρό και έτσι δεν είχε ξανατύχει να πάω σε κάποιο event ούτε γνώριζα προσωπικά καμία από τις bloggers που παρακολουθούσα, έτσι χάρηκα πολύ που μου δόθηκε η ευκαιρία σε ένα όμορφο και οικείο κλίμα να γνωρίσω κάποιες από αυτές!

Ήμασταν λίγα άτομα και έτσι το κλίμα ήταν πολύ "παρείστικο" , σε αυτό βέβαια συντέλεσε και το πόσο φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί ήταν οι υπεύθυνοι αλλά και ο Μάνος, ο make up artist της Inglot που μας είπε λίγα πράγματα για τα προϊόντα καθώς και κάποια tips & tricks για σωστό μακιγιάζ.
Ήπιαμε το καφεδάκι μας, φάγαμε τα σοκολατάκια μας, συζητήσαμε, και μετά βαφτήκαμε κιόλας!

Λίγα λόγια για την εταιρεία..
H Inglot είναι μία μάρκα επαγγελματικού μακιγιάζ με πολύ καλές τιμές για την ποιότητα που προσφέρει και έχει μια τεράστια γκάμα προϊόντων. Έχει έρθει στην Ελλάδα από τον Μάιο αν θυμάμαι καλά του 2012 και έχει μέχρι στιγμής 3 καταστήματα. Αν θέλετε να μάθετε περισσότερα πράγματα και να δείτε τα προϊόντα που ξεχώρισε η Μαριάννα, μια άλλη beauty blogger που ήταν στο event δεν έχετε παρά να δείτε την ανάρτηση της εδώ. Δεν υπάρχει λόγος να γράφω και εγώ τα ίδια πράγματα και πάνω κάτω τα ίδια προϊόντα με εντυπωσίασαν και μένα.

Και όμως, αυτό που βλέπετε είναι σοκολατάκια.. Τα ζαχαροπλαστεία fresh "αποτύπωσαν" τις γνωστές freedom system palettes σε αυτά τα πεντανόστιμα σοκολατάκια!

Haul post vol2: MUA, Strawberrynet, ebay

Haul post:What I got from the post office today & recent purchases!

Hello everybody!! So, today I went to the post office to pick up some parcels that had arrived from me and I wanted to show them to you. The content of them were two presents I won in Greek giveaways (from beautyfulladdict.blogspot.gr and menia-prettylittlethings.blogspot.gr/, thank you so much girls!!) , sunglasses the site giantvintage.com sent me for review purposes, and the rest were all from ebay. A make up brushes set, an eye shadow palette, a ring and a beret.

Then I'll also show you some recent purchases I made.
Let's see what I got..

Γεια σας! Σήμερα θα σας δείξω τα καλούδια που παρέλαβα από το ταχυδρομείο. Είναι δύο δώρα από ελληνικά giveaways που κέρδισα ( από το beautyfulladdict.blogspot.gr και το menia-prettylittlethings.blogspot.gr/ , σας ευχαριστώ πολύ κορίτσια! ) , γυαλιά ηλίου από το site giantvintage.com  που μου εστάλησαν για να γράψω review πάνω στα προϊόντα τους, και τα υπόλοιπα είναι από ebay. Ένα σετ πινέλων μακιγιάζ, μια παλέττα σκιών ματιών, ένα δαχτυλίδι και ένα σκουφάκι.

Πιο συγκεκριμένα...

120 eye shadow palette  from ebay. It still has the plastic wraps if you can notice, I haven't tried it out yet, but I can't wait. I had my eye on this palette for so long, and it's finally mine! I love the packaging and the colours and have read many good reviews on it. I'll write mine too once I've tested them. It only cost me 8 euros including shipping.

Παλέττα 120 σκιών ματιών από ebay. Έχει ακόμα το πλαστικό πάνω από τις σκιές αν το προσέξετε. Δε την έχω δοκιμάσει ακόμα αλλά ανυπομονώ. Την ήθελα εδώ και πολύ καιρό και επιτέλους είναι δική μου! Λατρεύω τη συσκευασία και τα χρώματα και έχω διαβάσει πολύ καλές κριτικές γι'αυτήν. Θα γράψω και εγώ τη δική μου αφότου τη δοκιμάσω. Μου κόστισε μόνο 8 ευρώ μαζί με τα μεταφορικά.

24 brush set from ebay. On the pic it still has the plastic wraps on, but I took them off after the photo was taken. It's my first complete brush set and it looks pretty good for its price. The biggest brushes shed a bit but I think after I wash them they'll be fine. The brushes have really soft bristles and they're of good construction. The only thing that annoyed me is they have the "bobbi brown" logo on them and I hate fake logos, I thought they would have no brand printed on them. They only cost me around 12 euros including shipping, it's ridiculous, right? I'll write my review on them after I wash them and use them a few times.

Σετ 24 πινέλων από ebay. Στη φωτογραφία έχουν ακόμα τα πλαστικά προστατευτικά πάνω αλλά τα αφαίρεσα αργότερα. Είναι το 1ο μου ολοκληρωμένο σετ πινέλων και φαίνεται πολύ καλό για την τιμή του. Τα μεγαλύτερα πινέλα μάδησαν λίγο αλλά πιστεύω πως αφότου τα πλύνω θα είναι οκ. Εχουν πολύ απαλές τρίχες και καλή κατασκευή. Το μόνο που με πείραξε είναι ότι έχουν το logo "bobbi brown" πάνω ενώ νόμιζα ότι δε θα είχαν καμία μάρκα τυπωμένη πάνω, μισώ όταν ένα προϊόν έχει πάνω τυπωμένη μια μούφα μάρκα. Μου κόστισαν μόνο 12 ευρώ μαζί με τα μεταφορικά, γελοίο, έτσι? Θα γράψω τη γνώμη μου ολοκληρωμένα αφότου τα πλύνω και τα δοκιμάσω μερικές φορές.

Το scrub προσώπου που κέρδισα από το  menia-prettylittlethings.blogspot.gr/ , όταν το άνοιξα δε μπορούσα να πιστέψω πόσο τέλεια μυρίζει! Μυρίζει κάπως σαν φράουλα, δεν ξέρω.. Ανυπομονώ να το δοκιμάσω και αυτό και να σας πω τη γνώμη μου!

5 pairs of sunglasses the site giantvintage.com sent me for review purposes. Aren't they great? Check out their site, they have seriously, like millions of great designs in super cheap prices! Once I find time I'll have a photoshoot of myself wearing them so you can see how they look worn!

5 ζευγάρια γυαλιών ηλίου που μου έστειλε το site giantvintage.com για να γράψω τη γνώμη μου για αυτά. Δεν είναι τέλεια? Ρίξτε μια ματιά στο site τους, έχουν χιλιάδες τέλεια σχέδια σε πάρα πολύ χαμηλές τιμές! Μόλις βρω χρόνο θα φωτογραφηθώ φορώντας τα για να  δείτε και εσείς πως δείχνουν φορεμένα!

A golden ring and a beret, both from ebay. Aren't they cute? The first one only cost me 0,80 euros including shipping and the second 2, 50 euros!

Ένα χρυσαφί δαχτυλιδάκι και ένα σκουφάκι, και τα δύο από ebay. Το πρώτο μου στοίχισε μόνο 0,80 ευρώ μαζί με μεταφορικά και το δεύτερο 2,50 ευρώ!

And finally a pair of shoes and a bag I recently bought and love!

Και τέλος ένα ζευγάρι παππούτσια και μια τσάντα που αγόρασα πρόσφατα και αγαπώ!

Τhey both are from Blanco. The shoes cost me 46 euros and the bag 26 euros. The shoes are incredibly comfortable!

Και τα δύο είναι από τα Blanco. Τα παππούτσια στοίχισαν 46 ευρώ και η τσάντα 26 ευρώ. Τα παππούτσια είναι απίστευτα άνετα!

H&M Liquid Eye Shadow in Gold:Review & Swatches

Last days I was on a search for a really gold eye shadow  because for some reason gold eyes have become an addiction for me lately. When I saw and swatched this eyeshadow at H&M I was like "That's it!" and immediately bought it although I was uncertain about its quality since liquid eyeshadows tend to crease a lot. Let's see if I was right :p

Πρόσφατα άρχισα να ψάχνω για την τέλεια χρυσαφί σκιά γιατί για κάποιο λόγο έχω πάθει εθισμό με τα χρυσαφί μάτια. Όταν είδα και δοκίμασα αυτή τη σκιά στα Η&Μ είπα από μέσα μου "Αυτό ακριβώς έψαχνα!" και την αγόρασα αμέσως μολονότι είχα αμφιβολίες για την ποιότητα γιατί ως γνωστόν οι κρεμώδεις σκιές "μαζεύουν" πολύ. Για να δούμε αν είχα δίκιο..

So, I'm going to show you (a lot of) pics of the product as well as swatches on my hand both with and without flash and then I'll tell you my actual thoughts about this product.

Αρχικά θα σας δείξω (πολλές) φωτογραφίες του προϊόντος καθώς και swatches στο χέρι μου με και χωρίς flash και μετά θα σας πω τη γνώμη μου.

Packaging/ Συσκευασία

As you can see it's a gorgeous, vibrant gold colour. The colour pay off is great and the eye shadow is very pigmented. Just a swipe is enough to get that colour and it is really cheap, as you pay 3 euros for 2.3 g of product. Ok, enough with the positive aspects. Unfortunately the negative ones are way more. Knowing that liquid eye shadows crease like crazy, I wore my concealer and pressed powder underneath which I always do before applying an eye shadow, instead of using an eye primer, and it always works for me. My eye shadows never crease that way. Well, this one creased A LOT. The worst part is that I was afraid this would happen, so I used some gold eyeshadow pigment over the liquid eyeshadow hoping it would keep the liquid one in place, but, no. I wore this all night, and when I got home and looked at the mirror I was terrified by what I saw. It was a complete mess! Another thing I disliked about the product is it cannot be easily applied with a brush, you definitely need to use your hands. But I don't care much about that, I don't think I'll ever wear it as an eye shadow again. Perhaps I could use a tiny amount of it as a highlighter for my cheeks or under eyebrow area but I don't expect it to have a much bigger staying power this way, either. 

Όπως βλέπετε είναι ένα υπέροχο, ζωηρό, χρυσαφί χρώμα. Η χρωματική απόδοση είναι καταπληκτική και με μία εφαρμογή μόνο έχετε το χρώμα που βλέπετε. Είναι πολύ φθηνή η σκιά αυτή αφού κοστίζουν 3 ευρώ τα 2, 3 γραμμάρια προϊόντος. Αρκετά όμως με τα θετικά γιατί δυστυχώς τα αρνητικά είναι πολύ περισσότερα. Γνωρίζοντας πως οι κρεμμώδεις σκιές μαζεύουν πολύ, φόρεσα κονσίλερ και πούδρα από κάτω αντί για primer, κάτι που κάνω πάντα πριν την εφαρμογή σκιάς και πάντα δουλεύει για μένα, οι σκιές μου ποτέ δε "μαζεύουν" έτσι. Λοιπόν, η συγκεκριμένη σκιά "μάζεψε", και μάλιστα ΠΑΡΑ πολύ. το χειρότερο είναι ότι επειδή φοβόμουν ότι αυτό θα συμβεί έβαλα και χρυσαφί σκιά σε μορφή σκόνης από πάνω μπας και την κρατήσει στη θέση της, αλλά δυστυχώς όχι. Τη φορούσα όλη νύχτα και όταν γύρισα σπίτι και κοιτάχτηκα στον καθρέπτη τρόμαξα! Ήταν σκέτο χάλι! Κάτι άλλο που δε μου άρεσε ήταν ότι το προϊόν δεν απλωνόταν καθόλου εύκολα με πινέλο , έπρεπε να το απλώσω με τα χέρια. Αυτό δε με πείραξε ιδιέταιρα βέβαια γιατί έτσι κι αλλιώς δε νομίζω να το χρησιμοποιήσω ξανά σαν σκιά. Ίσως να το χρησιμοποιήσω σαν highlighter για τα μάγουλα ή κάτω από τα φρύδια σε πολύ μικρή ποσότητα αλλά και πάλι δε νομίζω να αυξηθεί πολύ η διάρκεια του.

Pros: /Θετικά:

• Amazing colour pay off / Καταπληκτική χρωματική απόδοση
• Cheap price / Οικονομική τιμή

Cons: /Αρνητικά:

• Creases way too much / "Μαζεύει" πάρα πολύ
• Cannot be easily applied with a brush / Δε μπορεί να εφαρμοστεί έυκολα με πινέλο

Would I recommend this product? /Θα πρότεινα αυτό το προϊόν?

NO WAY! It may be really good looking, but it doesn't stay on and you definitely don't want having to reapply it all night long or having your make up looking totally messed up a few hours later. It's a complete waste of money, I'm dissapointed I bought it although I was almost sure it wouldn't be any good and I don't think I could find a way to make it crease less. It's such a pity because it's an amazing shade.

ΜΕ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ! Μπορεί να δείχνει όμορφο αλλά δε μένει και σίγουρα δε θέλετε να πρέπει να ξαναβάζετε όλη νύχτα, ούτε και να είναι το μακιγιάζ σας ένα χάλι μερικές ώρες μετά. Είναι σκέτη σπατάλη χρημάτων και λυπάμαι που το αγόρασα παρ'ότι είχα αμφιβολίες γιατί δε νομίζω πως μπορώ να το κάνω με κάποιο τρόπο να μην μαζεύει ή να το αξιοποιήσω κάπως. Κρίμα γιατί είναι υπέροχη απόχρωση.

Nails of the week!

Hello there! First of all let me apologize for being absent for almost three weeks, I had problems with my Internet connection! I wish everybody a happy new year full of love, health and creativity!

I have bought lots of stuff to show you and have many products to review, but all I'm going to show for now are my current nails!

I had really long nails, but one of them broke and I had to shorten them all. They are dark red-bordeaux and shimmery!

The products I used :

That's it, I know it's nothing special but I really like the outcome, this colour is gorgeous, especially for winter!

I also have a little surprise for you...

That's my cat! (One of the two I own) Isn't it GORGEOUS? I just took this photo and thought I'd like to share it with you!

Golden rose style liner metallic! [liquid eyeliners]

Hello beauties!
Today I'm going to review 3 beautiful liquid eyeliners I own in metallic shades, which all come from the company Golden Rose which is a Turkish company and most of my Greek friends know this company because it can be found in low-cost shops [mostly the nail polishes] and offers a wide collection of great colours, in a great price, and as for the product itself? Yes, it is great too. But I'm not reviewing nail varnishes today, so you'll get to see my Golden Rose nail polishes collection some other day!

I was lucky enough to discover a shop that apart from the well-known nail polishes, sold other Golden Rose cosmetics ,too, such as blushers, eye shadows, lipsticks, foundation, etc.

At first I was  a bit reluctant in trying any other products because I was afraid the quality was going to be poor, but I noticed some really cute metallic eyeliners and I could not resist buying some for trial!
So, there we go..

I bought shades 07, 09 and 13 after trying really hard not to buy the whole stand!
 All the colours were absolutely gorgeous and there were many of them!
The ones I got are a metallic silver-white and two kinda golden, one is green-toned, and the other one is pink-toned..I think.

Aren't they gorgeous??

Now, let me tell you what I think of them. They're pretty pigmented, you get a good colour pay off without having to apply much product. Its consistency is a bit watery but once it's dry it doesn't go anywhere. It can be easily removed with makeup remover, but doesn't come off your eyes easily, all the times I wore each of them, it stayed until I took it off (I've only used it over eye shadow with primer underneath, I don't know if it has the same staying power on bare skin and I'm not sure I'd recommend it). I really like their packaging. They're 6,5 g each and I bet they're going to last for a long time. Finally, what I love the most about this product is its applicator. Its thin and precise!

• Wide variety of colours to choose from
• Great colour pay off
• Pretty packaging
• Thin and precise applicator
• Long lasting
• Can easily be removed with make up remover
• Really cheap in Greece/affordable in other countries

Cons

• Kinda watery (still once dry it doesn't move)

Price : I got these for 3 euros each. In the USA site they cost 10 dollars and are currently on sale for 7 dollars and on the UK site they cost 8 pounds each. I guess this makes me really lucky because we have the cheapest price for those cosmetics.

Ελληνικός κατάλογος!

Koρίτσια, όποια ενδιαφέρεται να της πω μαγαζιά που έχω βρει Golden rose, μπορεί να μου στείλει ένα μήνυμα στη σελίδα μου στο Facebook ή email. Λάτρευα εξ'αρχής τα βερνίκια της, αλλά δεν πίστευα ποτέ πως θα ήταν και τα άλλα της προϊόντα τόσο καλά και σίγουρα θα αγοράσω και άλλα.. Αν ρίξετε μια ματιά στα ξένα site που ανέβασα θα πάθετε σοκ με τη διαφορά στις τιμές.. Τα βερνίκια πχ στην Ελλάδα κάνουν 1-2 ευρώ, και Αγγλία 5 λίρες για παράδειγμα.. Ίσως θα έπρεπε να την εκτιμήσουμε περισσότερο αυτή την εταιρεία γιατί απ'ότι φαίνεται είναι πολύ παραπάνω από μια μάρκα του ενός ευρώ όπως αρχικά τη νόμιζα, και είναι πρωτοφανές μάρκα που στο εξωτερικό στοιχίζει τόσο πολύ να τη βρίσκουμε εμείς τόσο φθηνά, πάντα συμβαίνει το αντίθετο!

Sleek i-Divine Palettes Review & Swatches! [Au naturel & Dark Mattes v2]

Goodmorning ladies!
Introductory thingy for my Greek followers :
As you can see this is my first post in English and you may not like it, but I now have pretty many followers from different countries and thought they might be interested in what I write but the translator is not really decent, so I have decided to write some of my posts in English (only those that could interest non-Greeks as well).

Straight to the products:
So,today I'm going to talk about two eyeshadow palettes I recently got, the "famous" Sleek i-Divine palettes in au naturel and dark mattes v2. I have wanted to order them for so long, until Sephora announced those two palettes would be found in all Greek Sephora stores for 10 euros each, which was a steal because online I would pay the same price plus shipping! Needless to say they were so beautiful that I bought both of them. Let's see some pictures!

I love, love, love their packagings! As you can see they come in a beautiful little carbon box with the name of the palette on it. The palette itself is all-black with the Sleek brand on it, and inside is a HUGE mirror, twelve beautiful eyeshadows and a two-edge sponge applicator. Something I also liked about the eyeshadows is that they have names. If you lose the transparent sheet that comes with them say goodbye to the names though :P ) I intend to keep them because they offer some kind of protection to the eyeshadows from getting dusted, etc. I think their packaging is quite sturdy and durable and doesn't seem to break easily. I've travelled two times having them with me and none of the eyeshadows or packagins were damaged.

A friend of mine did the same and one of the eyeshadows broke a bit. I don't know what to say, I guess we should be careful with them no matter what but they don't seem as fragile and easily-breaking as others.

I'm afraid you won't be able to see the exact colour pay off because my lighting doesn't help much, but those two were the best photos I could take, really. I know you still can't see almost anything but I tried :P
The first five are all neutral mattes and they're very discreet, ideal for morning make-up looks, I also like to use most of them under my eyebrows as they're light. I like all of them, but truth be told, they are not that pigmented, and no, the reason is not that they're matte. The darker matte colours have amazing colour pay-off. Still, I'm pretty pleased with them, they're buildable and great for every day use. (I'm talking about the first five, because the sixth shade is shimmery and is really pigmented) I like their texture, they feel really soft but they crumble a little bit (not a big deal for me)

Second row:

Huge difference in comparison with the first row's colour payoff, don't you think? The first and fourth shades are shimmery, the second semi-matte-satin, and the third, fifth and sixth shades are matte, but as you can see all of them are super pigmented! Those can be combined with the first six or be used for nice smokey eyes, they can certainly get tons of use!

All twelve colours in this palette are matte and as you can see they are greatly pigmented! Just a swipe and you get amazing colour payoff. Most matte eyeshadows tend to be chalky and don't blend well, but I can assure you those eyeshadows are really soft and blend very, very well! Only three of the colours are light, the rest are dark. All of them are incredibly beautiful and you can create so many looks with this palette! I love this even more than the au naturelle palette!

2 discreet make up-looks and my new gel nails!

Λοιποοοοόν, σήμερα θα σας δείξω δύο έυκολα και -σχετικά- διακριτικά make up looks που έκανα τις τελευταίες μέρες, το ένα έχει ελαφρώς τονισμένα μάτια και το άλλο τονισμένα χείλη. Αν και το 1ο έχει eyeliner και το 2ο έντονο κραγιόν εγώ τουλάχιστον τα βρίσκω αρκετά φυσικά ακόμα και για πρωινές ώρες. Πάμε να τα δούμε?

Make up look no 1

Just in case που ενδιαφέρεστε, αναφέρω και τα προϊόντα που έχω χρησιμοποιήσει. Κατ'αρχάς να αναφέρω πως δε φοράω foundation ή πούδρα στο πρόσωπο, χρησιμοποιώ μόνο concealer και πούδρα στα μάτια αντί για βάση σκιάς, οπότε θα αναφερθώ μόνο στα προϊόντα με χρώμα. Στα φρύδια έχω χρησιμοποιήσει το σετ σκιών για τα φρύδια της Essence και στα μάτια από Essence πάλι τη μονή σκιά no2 dance all night, το αδιάβροχο eyeliner σε μορφή στυλό και τη μάσκαρα maximum definition. Ρουζ no 20 babydoll ξανά από Essence (reviews από όλα μπορείτε να δείτε εδώ), και τέλος στα χείλη φοράω το Sephora cream lip stain no 05.

Make up look no 2

Συγχωρέστε με για το "περίεργο" υφάκι αλλά με στράβωνε ο ήλιος :p Αυτό είναι η σύνηθης λύση μου για όταν βιάζομαι. Λίγη μάσκαρα μόνο(και σίγουρα concealer-πούδρα στα μάτια για να τα φωτίσω λίγο), ελάχιστο ρουζ και ένα λιγάκι έντονο κραγιόν για να δώσω λίγο χρώμα στο χλωμό μου πρόσωπο αφού δεν έχω τονίσει κανένα άλλο σημείο. Αυτή τη φορά επειδή βιαζόμουν έχω χρησιμοποιήσει το μολύβι φρυδιών της Essence αντί για τις σκιές, παρ'όλο που προτιμώ τις σκιές γιατί έχουν πιο φυσικό αποτέλεσμα. Mascara bella oggi lash up & define (review μπορείτε να δείτε εδώ), ρουζ κλασικά της Essence no 20 babydoll (αν καικ δε φαίνεται καν στις pics) και τέλος ένα πανέμορφο κραγιονάκι που αγόρασα πρόσφατα από Lovie, το no 6 (πάει και με τη ζακέτα μου!)

Τέλος θα σας δείξω το καινούριο σχεδιάκι που έκανα στα νύχια μου με gel :P

Θυμίζει λίγο barbie fairytopia αλλά το βρίσκω χαριτωμένο!
